Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for accessing and using BOKRETIV as a brand, creator or authorised organisation member.

Effective 5 October 2026. These Terms may be updated as BOKRETIV evolves and are subject to applicable legal and regulatory review.

1. Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only the access assigned to you. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so. Accounts and access may not be sold or transferred.

2. Marketplace role

BOKRETIV provides tools for discovery, campaign management, agreements, project communication, review and payment records. BOKRETIV is not the creator, brand, employer, bank, wallet or escrow agent in a project.

3. Campaigns and projects

A campaign may lead to multiple independent creator projects. A shortlist is not a contract. A project proceeds only after assignment acceptance and acceptance of the same agreement version by the required parties.

4. Payments and fees

Contract value is funded in two 50% installments through the configured payment provider. Provider charges may be added at checkout. Applicable platform economics are recorded when funding begins. Confirmed provider evidence—not a client-side message—determines payment status. BOKRETIV's platform payment protections and payment records apply to payments processed through BOKRETIV. Payments made directly outside the platform are outside BOKRETIV's platform payment protections, payment records and related safeguards.

5. Content and usage rights

Creators retain rights except to the extent expressly granted in the accepted project agreement. Usage channels, territory, duration, exclusivity and modification rights must be read from that agreement. Public portfolio use requires explicit classification.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow the Community Standards and applicable law. You may not misuse access, scrape private information, bypass controls, introduce malicious code, manipulate marketplace records or use BOKRETIV to facilitate prohibited activity.

7. Revisions, changes and disputes

Revision requests must relate to the accepted scope and agreed limit. Material scope changes require a recorded change order. Disputes are reviewed from the agreement, project messages, submission versions, reviews and confirmed payment history.

8. Suspension and termination

BOKRETIV may limit or suspend access to protect users, investigate suspected violations, comply with law or enforce these terms. Historical contractual, financial and audit records may be retained after access ends.

9. Service availability and responsibility

BOKRETIV aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular campaign outcome, creator performance or brand conduct. Any final limitations, warranties, governing law and dispute forum must be confirmed in the legally approved version.
