Accessibility

BOKRETIV should work for more people.

We are building an experience that can be understood, navigated and operated across different abilities, devices and ways of working.

Last updated 5 October 2026. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time claim.

Our commitment

We aim to follow recognised accessibility practices for keyboard access, screen-reader structure, focus visibility, readable contrast, clear labels and layouts that adapt to smaller screens.

What we design for

  • Logical headings, landmarks and descriptive labels.
  • Core actions that do not depend on colour alone.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, dialogs and project controls.
  • Readable text and stable layouts across phone and desktop sizes.
  • Plain-language status, error and confirmation messages where practical.

Known limitations

Some third-party experiences, including payment and identity services, are operated outside BOKRETIV. We select and review providers carefully, but their accessibility may vary. Newly introduced workflows may also require further testing.

Accessibility feedback

If something prevents you from creating an account, managing a campaign, completing a project or receiving payment, use the signed-in help path and describe the page, task and assistive technology involved. We will prioritise issues that block essential work.
