Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information BOKRETIV needs to operate a secure creator–brand marketplace and how that information is handled.
Effective 5 October 2026. This Privacy Notice may be updated as BOKRETIV evolves and is subject to applicable privacy and legal review.
Information we collect
- Account and profile information, including contact details and public display information.
- Private identity, verification and payout information submitted through approved flows.
- Organisation membership, campaigns, applications, agreements, messages, submissions, reviews and disputes.
- Payment references and provider-confirmed transaction information; BOKRETIV does not store full payment card credentials.
- Security, device and activity information needed to prevent abuse and maintain audit records.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service, verify accounts, enforce permissions, operate projects and payments, protect users, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and improve platform reliability.
Market and cross-border processing
BOKRETIV operates across configured markets. Information may be processed in another country where service providers or authorised operations are located, subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.
Retention and immutable records
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, financial, safety and dispute obligations. Some agreement, payment, state-history and audit records are intentionally immutable and cannot be edited like ordinary profile information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability or deletion. Some requests may be limited where records must be retained for contracts, payments, fraud prevention, disputes or legal compliance.
Security
BOKRETIV separates public and private information, limits access by role and market, protects project content and records sensitive actions. No online service can promise absolute security, so users must also protect their accounts and report suspicious activity promptly.
