Payment protection

A controlled payment path—not a platform wallet.

Every contractual project follows the same funding sequence. Paystack processes the payment; BOKRETIV records confirmed events and never holds client funds.

Keep your contract and payments on BOKRETIV

BOKRETIV's project protections are built around agreements and payments made through the platform. When a project is contracted and funded through BOKRETIV, the agreement, payment records, deliverables and approval history remain connected to the project. Payments made directly outside BOKRETIV are outside BOKRETIV's platform payment protections, payment records and related safeguards. If you want the project to remain within BOKRETIV's protection framework, keep project payments on the platform.

Before any payment

  • The creator must accept the assignment.
  • The brand and creator must accept the same agreement version.
  • Deliverables, revision limits, usage rights, territory and project value must be recorded.

Two 50% installments

The first 50% is paid before work begins. The final 50% becomes payable only after the agreed deliverables are approved. Each creator assignment is an independent project with its own agreement and payment history.

Paystack confirmation

A payment is not treated as successful because a browser says it succeeded. BOKRETIV updates the project only after verified payment-provider evidence. Paystack's live processing charge is shown and added at checkout where applicable.

What each party sees

  • Client: the project cost, the 50/50 payment schedule, the payment-processing fee at checkout and the total amount due.
  • Creator: the project value, the applicable BOKRETIV platform fee, their earnings (net amount) and payment status.
  • Platform Finance and Super Admin: the full fee and settlement economics.
  • The agreed economics are fixed when funding begins and are not silently changed later. Payment steps follow the project's state, and funding records stay connected to the project.

Payment problems and disputes

Failed, duplicate or disputed payments are kept as records for authorised review. BOKRETIV can coordinate evidence and project status, but does not claim to be a bank, wallet or escrow provider.
